We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. Best aspects include friendly staff at the second hotel and the room upgrade for a very little fee. The location was excellent, and transportation was easily accessible. The breakfast was delicious and served in a clean environment.
We had no negative aspects to point out. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again.

We had an amazing holiday! First of all, the hotel staff were super-friendly and enthusiastic. They always wanted to make sure that we were enjoying our stay and went above and beyond to help us. The location was fantastic and we were able to walk to many of the local attractions. the hotel offered us an upgrade to another affiliated hotel for a very minimal fee which was really worth it. The second hotel offered us amazing views of the area and the staff there was equally friendly and helpful.
Honestly, there wasn't much that we didn't like about our stay. The first room that we were assigned wasn't perfect, but we were able to upgrade to a better one with a minimal fee at the affiliated hotel and it was totally worth it.

The location of the hotel is convenient and accessible. the upgrade option provided a better room with friendly staff. the room was equipped with basic facilities and amenities which helped us feel comfortable. the breakfast spread was satisfying with good options. the view from the room was pleasant and serene.
The initial room provided was not up to our expectations.

Easter getaway made easy! Two key aspects we enjoyed were the fantastic location, with easy access to the beach and the town's charming surroundings, and the upgrade experience. the hotel staff went out of their way to accommodate our request and we were delighted to get a room in a nearby, affiliated hotel for a little extra. the room was bright and spacious, and we appreciated having all the necessary amenities close at hand, allowing us to make the most of our Easter break.
the initial hotel room was not to our liking, but once we were relocated, everything was perfect.
